Andy was an exceptional friend and teammate. He exemplified the philosophy of HT long time swim coach, Don Watson, which was this:´ Nothing great was ever accomplished without enthusiasm.´ Andy brought energy and life and a great sense of humor to every setting he found himself in. His rapid rise to the top in his swimming career was the consequence of his many virtues. He is, and will always be, a cherished friend and greatly misses.
