Christou, Dr. Anastase from Paloumba, Greece. Beloved husband of Angeline (nee Katsikas), loving father of Theodore (Thea) Christou M.D. and Ann (Daniel) Cussick, cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Christopher, Alexa and Arianna, dear brother of Vasiliki (Basil) Georgekopoulos M.D., special brother-in-law of Alice (Harry) Stavrides and Penelope (late Charles) Katsikas, loved uncle of Kiki Katsikas, Phillip Stavrides, Diane Sward, Eleni Stavrides and also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in Greece. Funeral Thursday visitation 9 a.m. until time of service at 9:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 10301 S. Kolmar, Oak Lawn. Entombment Chapel Hill Garden West Cemetery, Oak Brook, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society or St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. and Trisagion 6:30 p.m. at Hills Funeral Home, Ltd., 10201 S. Roberts Rd. (8000W), Palos Hills. "May His Memory Be Eternal". To Mrs. A (Angie), Dr. Ted and the entire family....Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I'm not sure where our family would be today without the love and support from your family to ours throughout the years! My mother, Georgeann, introduced us to you many years ago and we THANK GOD for that. You have taken care of us for many years, and continue to do so through your son, Ted, and we are eternally grateful. Dr. A was a wonderful, caring man. He will be dearly missed. May God take care of him now and let him rest in peace after man years of dedicated service. Much love to the entire family.

He was our doctor for many years.We went to him on Ashland ave,and followed him throughout his practice.He was a very caring doctor,and will be missed by all he ever met or served.
