Honorable Alexander A. Adduci age 92. Longtime Mt. Greenwood resident, formerly of Chicago's Roseland neighborhood. Graduate of Scanlon Grammar School, Mount Carmel High School, and Loyola University. Former 9th Ward Alderman for two terms (1971-1979) and Democratic Committeeman of the 9th Ward (1974-1980.) Loving husband for 50 years of the late Elizabeth "Betty" nee Smith. Father of Elizabeth (Benjamin) Hardy, Alexis (Frank) Herrera. Grandfather of Kayla and Benjamin Hardy, Frank (Elizabeth), Gabriela, Alexander (Erin) Herrera. Great grandfather of Felix. Stepfather to Pamela Petrowsky. Son of the late Cinderella nee Rossi and Joseph Adduci. Brother of Robert (late Shirley) Adduci, Rose (late Edward) Salinas and the late Carmella (late Michael) Roppo, Reynold (Patricia) Adduci, Joseph Adduci, Anthony (Kelly) Adduci. Beloved uncle and dear friend of many. Resting at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 West 111th St., Chicago Ridge, on Tuesday, December 14th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Wednesday St. John Fisher Church, 10234 S. Washtenaw, Chicago. Funeral Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For further information contact 708-422-2700.
