"Al" age 75, Korean Conflict Army Veteran, at rest September 18th, beloved husband and best friend of 52 years of Dolores (nee Tieri), loving daddy of Gina Miarka, cherished grandpa of Tami Santiago, Dana Miarka and Albert F. III, great-grandpa of Daniel, D.J., Adam and Dena, father-in-law of Linda Miarka, dearest cousin of Chester "Marco" (Maryann) Miarka, Annette (Norm) Rothenberg and many other cousins and friends. Funeral services Wednesday, 9:15 a.m., from the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 S. Archer Ave. (at Derby Rd.), Lemont, to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church, Lemont, for 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m. 800-994-7600.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
