Adrian Morales Obituary

Morales, Adrian Xavier

Adrian Xavier Morales (aged 39) passed away peacefully on October 4, 2022 at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He was born on March 14th,1983 also in Rush, with his twin brother Adrian Humberto Morales, to Adrian and Liz Morales. First names were hard to come by back in those days. He was a 2008 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (the good CIA) in San Antonio. His entire career was in the restaurant industry, wherein he worked almost every job; he started as a 17-year-old busser at a Miami Outback Steakhouse and ended as a General Manager at some of the most highly-regarded restaurants in Chicago. He married his long-time significant other, Erin Doll, on October 31st, 2021 in a spooktacular Halloween bash. Besides coming from a large and loving extended family, Adrian also charmed many co-workers; making life-long friends in Florida, Texas, and Illinois. Adrian was a force to be reckoned with, but one of light and love. He had a unique ability to turn strangers into friends, if not admiring fans. He was among the funniest men to ever walk this earth, bringing many buddies to tears and many sides to split. He had a huge heart that would express itself by releasing a torrential flood of affection to his loved ones, especially his wife. He was an extraordinary cook (Yes Chef!) and he was quick to make and serve a five-star meal for friends and family. There's no word to truly express how deeply his presence will be missed. He is survived by his wife (Mrs. Biscuit), his parents (Mama and Papa Morales), his daughter (Maddie), his brothers (Gumbi, Darkus, and Hoolie), his extended family, and last but not least, his feline sons (Gus and Harvey). Sashay away to the stars, my guy. iAmore!
