Adelle Lebowicz Obituary
Lebowicz, Adelle devoted daughter of the late Moses and Tauba, beloved sister of Linda (Howard) Shapiro, Jacob (Lisa) Lebowicz, Jeanne (Ronald) Glenner, Shiandel (Alex) Farekas and Michael Lebowicz, cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. Graveside service Monday, 3:15 p.m., at Jewish Waldheim Cemetery, Forest Park (Harlem Ave. entrance, Ziditshover Sect.). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ida Crown Jewish Academy. I am so sad to hear of Adelle's passing. She was always a good friend to me. She was always full of life and ready with a kind word. I will deeply miss her. The festival will not be the same without her.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Adelle. She was a very outspoken and active member of the Skokie Festival of Cultures, and she will be greatly missed during our planning meetings.

I am so sorry to learn of Adelle's passing. She has been a faithful and hard-working member of the Skokie Festival of Cultures planning committee for many years. I appreciated her sense of humor and willingness to contribute ideas. I feel confident in saying that the whole group will really miss her.
