Adele M. Kisicki, nee Gorniewicz, age 93, of Oak Lawn, IL; passed away peacefully on Monday, September 29, 2025. Loving mother of Michael Kisicki and Mark (Nancy) Kisicki; proud grandmother of Carrie and Abby Kisicki; dearest sister of the late Raymond (the late Barbara) Gorniewicz and the late Edward Gorniewicz; cherished aunt of nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, October 3rd, 9:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, followed by funeral service 11:00 a.m. from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice. For information (708) 636-1193.
