LoSoya, Abelardo "Butch" born May 19, 1930, died October 24, 2007, he is the son of the late Alfredo and Blasita, partner of the late Noreen Maraten, father of Sheila LoSoya, Abby (Ovidio) Montemayor, Vicki (Chris) Ward, Emil LoSoya, Joe LoSoya (Anna) and the late Dani Jane, grandfather of Shawn (Ana), Dani (Joseph), Moises, Peter (Claudia), Gabriel (Tiffany), Alexis, Marcus, Joseph, Toby (Eric), Marissa and Nicholas, great-grandfather of Mason, Tatum, Mia, Nicholas, Kaleb, Justin, Tyler, Kylyn and Erin, brother of Adam (Carol), Alex (Linda), the late Arthur (Kaye), the late Alfred (Shirley), the late Lupe (Gonzalo). He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and a friend to many. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 8 p.m., at Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 W. 32nd St., Service 7:30 p.m. 773-927-6424

Butch. I have known you my entire life. I do not have one memory of my grandma that you are not in. You two were living together before me and Rhonda were even born and you have always been there. Im so glad that you got to meet Kali. I Love and Miss you

My Dear Friend Butch though it has been only a few days since God and Mother Mary welcomed you into their arms. Your warmth, kindness and love for your family and friends will always be remembered. So many people have also been touched by the wonderful things you did in your own special way.
