Many of my best childhood memories include times our family spent with Bill. Going into the city from the burbs to visit Bill in his brownstone with walls filled with art and photography, and to say hello to 'Izzy' his huge, way cool cat.
Trips to Colorado, the Wagon Wheel. Bill, you made each of the six of us Pracht kids feel we were something special...and in doing that, You were the special one. You will be missed. My love and condolences to Mikki and the family.

Any time I smell a good cigar I think of my Dad (Don Pracht) and Bill Stebbins. I always loved the smell of their cigars !! Mr. Stebbins, whenever he opened a new cigar, would give me the paper ring off of it and then promise to marry me. The fact that I was only around 8 or 10 years old didn't seem to matter...I felt that he would wait. He was wonderful, and I will cherish the memories he has left behind.

I will always think of Bill when looking at all the wonderful art in my home that he did, and for all the fun we had knowing him.

We were so sad to hear of "Uncle" Bill's passing. He was such a wonderful influence on all of us Pracht kids. His sense of humor and gift of storytelling fill our memories. He was truly a unique and exceptional man, and he will be missed dearly. We love you Uncle Bill.
Love, Kathy
