It's a sad day that I lost my Aunt Stella. My trips to Chicago were never really complete until we had our little visit or two. It was also wonderful getting my "birthday" phone call each year so we could wish each other a "Happy" year ahead! Wally, Dean and Kathryn, please know my thoughts and prayers are with everyone of you during this difficult time. Cherish the memories!

Dean and Wally, we had such a nice visit with you and your mom at Aunt Angela's 90th b'day. Isn't it something that they both died on the same day? Just wanted to extend our sympathies to you and yours. . .what a wonderfully long life she had. Love, Ann (Eddie and Arleen's oldest).

Stella Monco was my grandma. She was everything I could have wanted in a grandma. She lived with a twinkle in her eye and much love in her heart. She told me to eat all my green beans because they were good for me. She always encouraged me to do my best in school. She often squeezed my hand as hard as she squeezed me in a hug. She loved her family with all of her heart. She was goodness and she will be missed much.
