Kochana Babciu and Pra Babciu,
We will always remember the times we shared with you. We were blessed to have had this time with you.
You meant a lot to us, and our daughter Lindsey was very fortunate to have known her great grandmother.
We miss you dearly, and will always be in our hearts.
We love you.

Kochana Babciu,
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
Babciu, you will always be remembered. Your beautiful smile. Your wonderful sense of humor. Your loving, tight bear hugs. The sound of your voice, your laugh engraved in our hearts and minds.
Babciu, you were like a second mother to me. I will always remember the times I returned home from school and there you were, reading or doing your word searches. Your delicious soups would be cooking, or you would reheat your mouth-watering pierogi for us. You always had a joke or humorous family story to tell us.
It is hard to say goodbye, but I know you are our angel, watching over us each new day.
Our family has been blessed to have you in our lives. I have been blessed.
I love you, Babciu.

“God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you, and whispered, "Come to me.”
With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.”
It's hard to find the words to tell someone goodbye. To tell someone who has meant so much in your life and impacted you in so many ways. Babcia, you will always have a special place in my heart. I can still remember all your funny jokes, your pierogi, and smile during Christmas time.
I will truly miss you.
Love,
Krysia
