Perlstadt, Sidney M. 96, retired attorney, beloved husband of the late Mildred (nee Penn) and the late Dr. Bessie Lendrum, devoted father of Harry (Tari) Perlstadt and Susan (James) Serota, loving grandfather of Emily and Roger (Lee) Perlstadt, Daniel (Sharon) Serota and Jonathan Serota. Funeral services Monday, 1:30 p.m. at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church St.), Skokie. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sidney's name to the American Lung Association, 1440 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, IL, 60607, would be appreciated.
