Sean Brown Obituary

Brown, Sean R.

Sean Reynolds Brown, 64, of Bloomingdale, IL. Loving partner and soulmate of Vicki Baccelli-Vega. Devoted father of Dan (Jeri), Erin and Casey. Adored papa of Connor Ramirez. Dear brother of Marianne (John) Healy, Peggy (Robert) Blyth, Tom Brown and Patti Alpert. Cherished son of the late Bernard F. and Anne M. (nee Reynolds) Brown. Proud uncle of Kevin Healy, Kelly (Tom) Murphy, Meghan Blyth, Lauren (Patrick) Zeunik and Lindsey (Nick) Beckman. Great uncle of Shane, Dylan and Ryan Murphy, Alanna and Isaiah Zeunik. Sean was a proud graduate of St. Angela Grammar School (Class of 1971) and St. Patrick High School (Class of 1975). He was an employee of the DuPage County Water Department for 19 years and had recently retired in 2020. He volunteered his time at VFW Post 2377 in Glendale Heights helping to prepare Thanksgiving Day meals for veterans and enjoyed coaching his children's basketball and baseball teams for many years through the Bloomingdale Park District. He was very proud to be a Eucharistic minister and lector for the 8:30am Sunday mass at his parish of St. Isidore in Bloomingdale. Sean was a loyal and true friend to many and will forever be known as a diehard Cubs and Old Style fan. Per Sean's wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:45am at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 427 Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, IL (northeast corner of Army Trail Road and Gary Avenue). Church entrance is located on Gary Avenue. For information and to sign the guestbook, please visit www.salernofuneralhomes.com. At this time, masks are required for unvaccinated individuals.

Dear Brown Family, I just learned of Sean going home with The Lord. I want to send you All my Deepest Condolences. I feel so bad finding this news out.
I knew Sean from from the late sixties to the early 70's. He was such a nice young man. Once in a while we had a chance to be together and we'd had fun.
My heart goes out to you all. I will be praying that God fills that void; that only HE can fill.
I have always loved your family.
May God Continue to Bless and Keep you All.
