The sorority sister with the big smile and a wonderful chuckle, Sandy was a delightful friend. We took an Alumni Holidays trip together to Tuscany in 2007, a girlfriend trip, leaving our husbands at home to fend for themselves. Such fun! Always a true Illini, loyal Alpha Chi Omega, loving mother and grandmother, Sandy is undoubtedly now a bright star in the sky shining for all of us to see. Rest in Peace. Sincere sympathies to all.
