Goodkind, Sandra Joy (nee Gelman), Educator at Truman College, Chicago for 14 years and other educational institutions. Beloved wife of Allan, loving mother of Cece, devoted daughter of the late Millie and Isadore Gelman, cherished sister-in-law of Nancy (Mort) Horns, dear aunt of Gary (Debra) and Michael Horns, great-aunt of Noah Samuel Horns. Service Wednesday, 10 a.m., at Cong. Kesser Maariv, 4341 W. Golf Rd., Skokie, IL 60076. Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago. Sandy served on numerous Sisterhoods and committees at Kesser Maariv and at the Iran Hebrew Cong., honored as a Woman of Valor by the Yeshiva Women of the Hebrew Theological College and honored by Cong. Kesser Maariv for her service to the Jewish community. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Iran Hebrew Cong., 3820 Main St., Skokie, IL 60076 or Cong. Kesser Maariv.
