Dear Dorothy, Bob Jr., Bill, Debbie, grandchildren, and family,
Being the very good friends that they were, it is probably only fitting that our father—Robert D. (“Moe”) Morehouse—followed “Ole” to eternal life and happiness on February 15, 2008. In fact, they day after my sister, Deborah Chalmers, signed Bob’s guest book, our father joined him. I suppose one could not be without the other. I vividly recall the times that my sister and I as children had the opportunity to visit with Ole and enjoy his fantastic wit and sense of humor and the hilarious cartoons that he would draw for us. He was a truly wonderful gentleman in every sense of the word and neither Debbie nor I will soon forget him. We are comforted in knowing that our father has joined his lifelong buddy and are enjoying golf and cards with perfect weather and no tee times. May God bless each of you and may God bless our dear departed loved ones.

Bob Olsen ... respected and loved. Always a gentleman. Thought the world of and extremely proud of his wife Dorothy and family. He was married to my cousin Dorothy and I have wonderful memories of growing up and looking forward to all our family parties - Thanksgiving at my mom & dad - Christmas at Aunt Honey's & Uncle Joe's and several at Bob & Dorothy's. The boys (Bob Jr and Bill) would get out their instruments after dinner and the party was underway! Uncle Joe would do his old soft shoe to "Sweet Georgia Brown" and Bob and Dorothy fit so well together when they danced. They always reminded me of the perfect wedding cake couple.
Although we haven't seen each other in several years (as life may have it) the Olsen family does pop into our thoughts when remembering the best of times! Bob Olsen - you will be missed!
So sorry Dorothy, Bob Jr., Bill, Debbie and grandchildren for your loss. You're in our thoughts, prayers, and fond memories!
Our love,
Barb and Joe Wetzel

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Bob. What a wonderful man with such a zest for life. I only met him a few times with my parents, Stan & Gladys Records, but they were memorable. My dad will greatly miss their conversations & Bob's wonderful cartoons. Please know our prayers are with your family
