I can't believe Richard is no longer with us. The last time I saw Richard, we were at Jimmy's buying polishes. It seems like it was just yesterday.

I love that kid. And that is the way I always remembered him, as a fun loving kid, who cared about everyone even Raymond (who most people would doubt, at first meeting). But, he did love him so.

He loved everyone.

My condolences to Don Ramon, his mom, Ray, Nancy, his daughters, grandson, and the rest of the family.

I will remember Richie for the fun loving person that he was and nothing less. Working through politics, I came to know his qualities as a hard worker who believed in the American Dream. He was a diligent campaigner and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work side by side with him and his brother Ray. His energy was contagious and positive. He shared with me and that is how I will remember him. Rest in Peace brother Richie, I will see you soon for life is truly short.
