I remember Mr. O'Donnell fondly. He taught geography and coached a number of Reavis High School teams. Several years after I graduated, I visited the high school and saw him there. He remembered me and asked if I had gone to law school as, years earlier I had expressed to him a desire to do so. He impressed me so much by remembering that fact so many years later. I see him now sitting at his desk as I waited outside his office. I am 76 now. I will never forget him.

Mr. O'Donnell taught Geography to me early in my high school career. His concern for his students created a bond that has lasted, at least for me, more than 60 years.

I just heard the sad news from Colleen Casey. My parents are in Florida - I will make sure to tell them.
Mr.O'Donnell was such a part of the "old neighborhood"-I imagine you are being reminded of lots of old stories and memories.
I can always picture him walking down the block to the park to go play just about any sport with any number of kids.
I also remember those "lifesaving" rides to QOP on mornings when I would miss the Peace bus.
Thinking of all of you.

Coach OD was wonderful...I know I'm not the only one with a lot of fun memories of him...it was an honor to know him.

Uncle Ray was such a gentle soul. We will miss him. Heaven must have needed a basketball coach!

Coach OD we had some good times on the court... you taught me alot and I will never forget it. I will forever dream about the five-man weave over and over and over again. I will miss you and God bless...

I unfortunately will not be able to attend Mr. O'Donnll's wake, but I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the family. I remenber visiting my grandparents house and seeing his great smile. The one thing I remember about Mr. Odonnell was he always let us climb the tree whenever we wanted. He was a great man and will be missed dearly.
