Hughes, Patrick J. Age 59 years. Devoted father of Heather Hughes (Ken Dillenkoffer); Dearest grandfather to Haley Hughes; Beloved son of Theresa (nee Gilmartin), and the late Michael J. "Mickey" Hughes; Loving brother of Michael (Susan), Geri (Miles) Votava, Marilyn (Tom) Magdziasz, Dan (the late Maureen), Theresa (Thomas) Hebda, Kathy Hughes (Ralph Sanchez), Karen (Mark) Muench, Ellen (Earl) Morrissey, Joe (Barbara) and the late John Hughes. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; Cherished friend to all who knew him. 40 year lifetime member of the Lathers Union Local #74. Funeral Thursday, 9:15 a.m. from Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 4635 South Wallace St. (46th Place at McInerney's Corner), to St. Gabriel Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. Visitation Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. 773-268-0703.
