I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. She was more than just "the tax lady" to me. I always enjoyed talking with her when I would come to the office. We were both retired teachers and had a lot to share about our former employer. She was patient and kind. She helped my brother and me with some tax issues after my father died. Those issues could have been serious, but Pat worked tirelessly to diffuse them. I will seriously miss her.
