nee Bergthold; beloved wife of Thomas; loving mother of Kimberly (Thomas) Salaba, Tammy (James) Robbin, Christine (William) Thompson and the late Thomas Jr.; cherished grandmother of Tricia Lee (Austin), Thomas, Spencer (Allison), Anthony and Joseph; devoted daughter of the late Catherine and Joseph Bergthold; fond sister loved by her brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, January 8 th from 9:00 a.m. until time of Prayers 10:45 a.m. at the Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen. Pat was the nicest lady I met. Living a few doors away from her, she was always ready to smile, wave and greet you as you walked by her house. My prayers and condolences to the entire family. Eternal memory! Blessed repose!
