Nancy McBride Obituary

So sorry to hear about Aunt Nancy's passing. She was an amazing lady and touched so many lives, through her teaching, church work, and as a wife and mother. She was such an optimistic person, and this truly showed in the way she lived her life. Praying for all her family, we know how much she will be missed. Love Angie and Bryant

Dear John and family, I am so sorry to hear of Nancy´s death. We always enjoyed running into each other at local thrift shops and catching up on our families. Sending blessings and comfort.

My prayers are with the entire family. I was blessed to share many years of friendship with Nancy and now have so many wonderful memories. She was godmother to our oldest son, Patrick, and am grateful to her for that. May your memories bring you peace and comfort.

We are praying for you Nancy. You have been an inspiration to everyone that knew you. Always friendly and a willingness to help others. Your presence will be greatly missed.

My genuine condolences on the loss of a much-loved woman. I feel fortunate to have met Nancy in recent weeks, and experience her warmth and charm - and to see the loving care Suzanne took of her. May your family find comfort in many happy memories of a life well-lived.

Our condolences to all of you, Uncle John, Suzanne, Jim and all your family. Nancy gave me special comfort shawl for my birthday a while ago. I still use it for that purpose and remember her prayer group that did it. We would like to extend today some of that comfort . Love always. Luz and Joe Feldmann

Nancy was very sweet to all and a valued active member of St. John Vianney Bettendorf Iowa. Please know that John and the entire family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Nancy was a dear woman who touched many lives while she lived in the Quad Cities. She was an excellent teacher at BHS, and inspired many youths when she joined them at NCYC. She was a true disciple of Christ and will be dearly missed.

WE ARE SO SORRY ABOUT NANCY. WE HAD GOOD TIMES EATING, DRINKING AND SINGING IN IOWA CITU.

My sympathy to your family. I knew Nancy through the Wednesday Bible Study at St John Vianney. She was such a sweet lady and whatever we discussed she would remind us to think of what Jesus would do! I will miss her!

Sending Nancy´s family all my love. I only `met´ Nancy by phone as we share a Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis. I will continue to use my voice for more awareness and funding for a cure.

I met Nancy when she would visit my mom at the hospice house in Bettendorf.
Our family was so grateful for Nancy´s kindness to my mother. My mother spent 100 days at the hospice house enjoyed visiting with and receiving communion from Nancy.

Nancy was a lovely person and will be missed.
