Mitch was a great guy. I was his massage therapist and was deeply saddened to hear of his death. We lost touch over the summer as I was pursuing other avenues. I have great memories. 15 years worth. He had a big heart and his bark was worse than his bite. Rest in peace. Mitch.

I JUST MET MITCH THIS YEAR AT AN EVENT PROMOTING A ROLLING STONES BOOK...WE BOTH HAD SOME OF OUR STONES PIX EXHIBITED THERE, AND WE NOT ONLY SAT TOGETHER, BUT SHARED A LOT OF ROAD STORIES TO PASS THE TIME...HE WAS SURPRISED WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD SOME PIX OF HIS BROTHER RICK (FROM THE LAST FLOCK REUNION I HAD ORGANIZED IN 1983)...UNFORTUNATELY, WE NEVER GOT TOGETHER AS WE PLANNED AFTERWARDS, AND I'M DEEPLY SADDENED BY HIS DEATH...HE WAS A GENUINE PERSON & A REAL CHARACTER! WE HAD A LOT OF LAUGHS THAT NITE & I WILL TREASURE THE MEMORIES OF THAT EVENING ALWAYS...MAY HE REST IN PEACE...LOVE TO ALL!!

Mitch, you appeared in my life when I was very young & starting life as a married woman.
I still have all of your beautiful photos capturing a perfect day. But my favorite memory is when you came to meet my daughter after she was born, told me she had her fathers nose & to start saving for a nose job. You always had a way with words but to me, you were consistently warm & caring. I am sad that you are gone but hopefully your spirit will continue your creative journey. Lots of hugs as I remember yours .
