Our prayers go out to the McGrath family with a special prayer to the children. Mike was a special guy and when he walked into a room, he glowed with his smile. He always told me to have fun while working and be proud as he was. Mike always mentioned his family when around him and asked about ours. He was my boss, leader and friend who will be missed and remembered. Speaking for us all.

Coach, you will be missed! You have left us too soon but with some terrific memories. Every picture of you that I look at reminds me of one of your stories that always had us rolling with laughter. We will cherish forever your friendship and treasure the great times we had with you and Donna and the kids. Your enduring legacy is the love and dedication you had for Jenna, Michael and Jackie. And as we reflect on what terrific young adults they have become, we will always remember Donna and Mike...

Mike loved his job but I know he loved his family and his Lord even more. He was truly one of the best I've ever met. My heart goes out to you... Jenna, Michael and Jaclyn. Your dad bragged about each of you. He was so proud of you. As a child, that's about the best gift you can give a parent. Remember the good stuff. God bless you all.

There are no words to express the feelings that exist. Your father was an outstanding human being that made the world a much better place because he was a part of it. His love of the three of you, other family members and his friends was like a ray of sunshine. May you rejoice that he has been reunited with your mother and take comfort in the wonderful memories and the fact that you can all be together again some day. Until that time, may God wrap you in his arms and comfort you with his presence.

My prayers go out to the McGrath children and family. Your father was my boss at SW in Chicago. He was a truly great man. I saw him recently with other former co-workers from SW after 20+ yrs. Such a bitter sweet memory for me. God Bless. Linda Guiterres
