Dear family McGunn,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Mary (though only ever Mrs. McGunn to me!) was a fun, sometimes downright silly force that delighted my younger self. Katherine I see yours and Liz´s A1 potato chips and raise you spaghettios with cottage cheese and French dressing or everything sandwiches, both Katie McGunn specialties. All overseen by the wonderfully quick witted Ms. McGunn with an inevitable zinger that she tailored just for you. It was always a delight and she will be missed.

Dear McGunn kids -- your mom was a bright light in my life who always gave me such love and warmth. I will always have the fondest memories of being in your home on Oakley enjoying the hustle/bustle, laughter, silliness and sharing A1 sauce on potato chips with my dearest Liz. Know that the entire Walsh family across many generations send their sympathies, love and light. Your mom gifted us with her charisma and spirit. Final fun fact - my Nana/Pa (Peg/Ed Walsh) introduced me to your family as they lived on your block and I remember swimming in your pool when I was about 8 and attended a block party! Little did I know at that time the enduring friendship Liz and I would share starting at age 15 when I moved to Beverly.

Liz, I remember your mother with fondness!
She was such a fun mother to you. Always had a smile on her face.
So sorry for you deep sadness!
