My memory of Laverne...I have been doing Lavernes hair at her home for just a few months. As you as family members know she is a hairstylist and...as the saying goes once a hairstylist always a hairstylist. I enjoyed Laverne very much. She wanted her hair the way she wanted it and there is nothing wrong with that. I wasn't sure I could do that for her at first...(generations so different)but, I would hand her the comb and (I would say"I'm sure you could show me some tricks Laverne") I think then we hit it off as friends as long as I used enough hairspray (She liked the hairspray I used). Laverne will sure be missed by me. May she be blessed and she is in my prayers.
