Joseph A. Maietta, 85 years of age, went to paradise October 12, 2022. Son of the late Vincenzo and the late Luigia, nee Polito. Loving husband of Patricia, nee Farley, for nearly 60 years. Adoring father of Michelle Nafziger, Joseph, and Patrick (Colleen) Maietta. Grandfather of Meghan (Matthew), Caitlin, Peter, Matthew, James, Paolo, Chloe, Dante, Maggie, Grace and Maeve. Great-grandfather of Boris, Santino, Frances and Farley. Brother of Christina (late John) Toia, Dominic, Rosemary (late Joe) Miceli, Louise, Vincenzo (Mary Ann), Jerry, and Anthony (Linda). Services are Saturday, October 22, 2022 with a 10:00 am Mass at St. Leonard Church. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, October 21, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Adolf Funeral Home, Ltd., 2921 Harlem Ave., Berwyn. On Saturday, go directly to the church. Proud Army veteran, avid reader and fisherman, 50 year subscriber to the Lyric Opera, #1 stylist at Elizabeth Arden for decades. He did everything with gusto!
