Bennecke , John M. "Bo"

63, a lifelong resident of Chicago- Bridgeport neighborhood, November 17, 2021. Beloved companion of Diane O'Malley; loving brother of Deborah (Ronald) Okon, Thomas (Lora) Bennecke, Bob (Jerri Weisner), Sandy (Stephen) Brazel, and Trish Glascoff; also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

John was preceded in death by his parents John W. and Virginia Bennecke nee Dominguez.

John was an avid Chicago White Sox and Bears fan. He was loved by all who knew him, and will be deeply missed.

Services at McINERNEY CENTRAL CHAPEL, 4635 S. Wallace St., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Wednesday, December 1st , 2021, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org woud be appreciated.

For those attending services, PLEASE NOTE WEARING OF MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.

So sorry to hear of "Bo´s" passing. I just heard at mass today, wish I had known sooner. A good friend, gone too soon. Prayers for all of his family, in this difficult time. RIP, until we meet again buddy.
