Gallichio Sr., James beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Reed), devoted father of Gina, James Jr., Christopher (Diane), loving son of the late Michael and the late Michelina (nee Marciano), dear step-son of Rose (nee Giannini) and the late Bella (nee Dauria), adored grandfather of Reno, Sarah and Jillian, loving brother of Annette, Nancy (Michael) Civarella, Joann (David) Fisher, Michele (Bernie), Jeffrey (Judy), Michael (Phylis), Frank (Janet), Peter (Carrie) and the late Anthony "Cheech", dear uncle of many nieces and nephews, dear friend of Donald Tomczak and many co-workers of the Chicago Dept. of Water, where he was employed for 37 years. Funeral Monday, 8:45 a.m., from Salerno's Galewood Chapels, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., to St. Rene Goupil Church, 10 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Mausoleum. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. For Info: 773-889-1700.

Jim is a wonderful neighbor and has a wonderful family. He will be missed by all at St. Rene. I worked with Jimmy at the water department for 34 years and know all his coworkers will miss him too.
