Although I haven't talked to Jackie in many years, I've been able to hear about her through others that were both of our friends. She was a dear, dear person and I think of her often. To the family, know that she touched the lives of people you don't even know. Miss you girl, Carole Curcio

Jackie would come into work and tell me she had made her "gravy" over the weekend; I only knew it as spaghetti "sauce". I was surprised when she shared her "gravy" recipe with me.

Jackie was a very special person and will be missed.

Jackie is always proud of her family and work. She is the almanac of biographies.

Tidbit – Jackie always use Prego for her spaghetti sauce (just kidding)

Jackie is Ms Chicago, dedicated and loves the Chicago Bulls, Cubs and Bears and loved that City.

Sometimes Jackie would call me Bubba, did not know if she forgot my name or she calls all the guys that.

I was fortunate to talk to Jackie on the first week of August about my recent visit to Chicago. She wanted me to tell her in detail everything I did. The last day of my visit, I told her that I walked thru the University of Illinois at Chicago and ate at Al’s Italian Beef and had some Italian Ice across Taylor Street. It was a coincidence that I was in her old neighborhood where she grew up and she was very surprised and excited that I was in that area. It brought back memories to her.

Leonard and Family my condolences to you.

Jackie you will not be forgotten . . .

I HAD THE HONOR OF KNOWING JACKIE FROM AMERICA WEST. WE INSTANTLY BONDED BECAUSE WE WERE BOTH "MIDWEST" CHICKS. I'LL NEVER FORGET HER FABULOUS SMILE AND HEART FELT LAUGHTER!

Jackie was an amazing friend to my mom and through their friendship I got to be very close to her as well. Jackie was brought to this world for a reason she was meant to make people laugh and love a little more which she did an amazing job of that. She was also taken out of this world for a reason, for people to realize how precious life is and we should be thankful of everybody around us and we will keep her in our hearts forever. To her family you will be in our thoughts and prayers to make it through this difficult time.Jackie Wheeler you wil be missed.......

Love,

Kristine and Family
