I was deeply sorry to here of Frank's passing. When Paulette passed away Frank was a great friend to me and my children and I will never forget his kindness and generousity. He was also a great friend as were you to my father-in-law Tom Brown and his wife and children. Frank will always be remembered for his unselfishness to people in need. God bless you and your family.

My condolences to Do, Carol, and JoAnn. My childhood memories are the "best" because of Frank and all of you. I also remember how Frank was there for my family in both its best and very worst of times. My love and sympathy.

Frank and I were aldermen for ward 2 from 1993 to 1997.He was the hardest working alderman on the council. He took me under his wing and taught me about people and about life. We had many late night conversations in those days of a volatile city council in which he stressed that family is more important than anything. That was Frank.
He was a good friend, and I will miss him greatly.
