Persky, Esther (nee Fink), beloved wife of William; dear mother of Aaron Joseph Persky; devoted daughter of Alice and the late John Fink; fond sister of Miriam "Mimi" (Steven) Klane, David (Helene) Finke, and Debra Fink. Services Tuesday, 1 p.m. at Anshe Emet Synagogue, 3760 N. Pine Grove, Chicago. Interment New Light Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remberances to the Jewish United Fund, 1 S. Dear The Fink Family,
I miss your late daughter,your sister very much. She was very nice to me. Oh, yes she did signed sign language to me at our temple and at thmy former school-the Harper College in late 1970's. She was a good teacher before she was a Jeweler salewoman.
Now she is in heaven. Our temple miss your sister-daughter very much. Thank you.

Dear Mimi and family,
I was very sorry to hear of the passing of your sister. I know from personal experience only too well what a significant loss that of a sister is. The memories, no matter how good, do little to mitigate the terrible feeling of absence. My thoughts and feelings are with you and your family. Please relate my feelings especially to your mother, if she remembers me, because her loss is I think the most difficult, but not by much compared to your own.

I am out of the country on business and wanted to express my sincere condolences. Esther was a wonderful woman who attempted to make everyone feel recognized. I empathize with the pain you and Esther have suffered over these past two years. I hope all goes well with you and that your lives move on fuled by the good memories of this very good woman.
