Dennis Karamitis Obituary

I never forgot Father Dennis. I met him when I was about 17 years. I enjoyed the retreats and youth group meetings. I also remember how I became an alter person and helping during christmas. May God have you in heaven.

On the 8th anniversary of your departure to Our creator, our God,

I thank God, and I say thank you Fr. Dennis for your Love and service to God and your neighbor.

I thank Jesus for that beautiful dwelling He prepared for you in His Kingdom.

Today, 8/4/2021 is a day of remembrance of Saint John Vianney, a feast day, since He is the patron saint of parish Priests.

Happy feast Day Father Dennis.

God of great Glory thank you,
for your servant Father Dennis who ministered to people of all ages and many races.

Dear Father Dennis ,

Thank you for your great Fiat to God, for your friendship to all of us that God placed on your path.

Today, Sunday 6/14/2015. I learned about the eternal rest of my Dear Friend Fr. Dennis,
I met him in Jersey City, N.J. many years ago.
I did not communicate with him too often for years, lately, on May 22, 2015, I e-mail him in which I talked about Monseñor Romero, who was Beatified on May 23, 2015. For Whom, Fr. Dennis had great respect and admiration, he visited his tomb in El Salvador in the 90's.
Fr. Dennis was a great priest and a great friend. And I thank God for him; for his fine friendship and his Priesthood.

I was planning to visit him with my son, and my wife in Chicago this summer and give him a surprise for his 50th
anniversary. I always wanted my son to meet Father Dennis. All I can do now, is offer a mass for his great Fiat to the service to God.

Father Dennis, Thank you.

Dear Dennis, Thank you so much for your wisdom and guide thought this journey. I miss your deeply! Hope to see you again!!!

Recently, I was made aware of the death of my high school classmate, Fr. Dennis Karamitis and send my deepest sympathy and prayer offering for Dennis and family.

The mental health community will feel your loss. Rest in Peace.

May the next life be as kind to you as you were to me in this. Journey well kind Sir.

This man had an enormous impact on my life and paved the way for me to have spirituality in my life. He was my father when I needed one and the voice of reason when I had none. I am grateful to have known him and will miss him dearly.

Dennis was and is an ongoing inspiration to all of us still growing. His spirit in his actions continues to be passed along.

Dennis, you were a good friend and mentor to me. Always generous and your door at La Storta was always open. You lived a life of service and compassionate dedication to care for others and honor your profession. Thank you for 5th Stepping me and for your kind support and encouragement.

Dennison drove me to the Novitiate in 1972. And was a support while there and when I left. I will always be grateful for his guidance and kindness. I will remember him at Mass this week. May he rest in peace and join the companions of Jesus in heaven. AMDG!
