Tracy, Dan and Colleen, your dad was a special man. I'm very sorry for your loss. Try to remember all the good times. I can still see him in the dugout, walking the sidelines or courtside. When we got older he was our biggest fan. Rest in peace Mr. Bell.

I was sad to hear about Mr. Bell's passing. He was such a great guy, I will always remember that smile. You're all in my prayers right now.

I lived down the street from DeDe on Emerald Ave when I was very young. We went to St. Gabe's grammar school together, although DeDe was in "the other room". We last saw each other at our 50th grammar school reunion. He was always just a nice guy! DeDe and his family are in our prayers.

What a wonderful person he was. He always had a kind word to say about my dad, I'll miss those stories.... Rest in peace DeDe..

Truly sorry to hear about the passing of DeDe, I knew him from St Gabriel'S School. The next time I saw him was 2yrs ago at our 50th class reunion. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dennis. We got to know Dennis when he lived in Twin Lakes, WI. He was a good friend of ours and he will be missed.
My heart goes out to the family. We will say a prayer for him. My he rest in peace.

So many memories make me smile, Billy's Cottage, aunt Ei's backyard parties and definitely the Bell basement parties - doing the bus stop, hustle and New York New York chorus line - ill miss him so much - but I know my Dad, uncle Kevin, aunt Mar and grandpa and grandma Bell are surrounding him with love!!!

Sorry for your troubles. May he rest in peace. The world was a better place with him in it.

I was very to hear about the passing of DeDe.I have very fond memories of all the family functions, the house by the airport, and even the 'tin house' Nancy, Tracey, Danny, & Colleen know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all.

Wish I would have had the chance to meet Mr Bell, His son Daniel spoke of Him with great respect and admiration, as a great Father, Husband, Firefighter and Viet Nam Veteran.

I remember denny when he lived in Canaryville with his sister Eileen. I worked at the local Library where he used to come in daily to use the computer. Very nice man may he rest in peace.

Great memories of Dennis, a truly good friend who communicated freely. Dede passed the test with flying colors. My condolences to Nancy, his children and grandchildren and many, many friends. well done Dennis, you will be greatly missed by all of us.

Well Uncle De, you did it your way, with Aunt Nanc by your side. It makes me happy to know that you're now pain free for the first time in a very long time. We'll miss that old spice scent, the chorus line for New York, New York, but most of all that smile, wink and that point of finger letting us know you're watching us. Our family reunions won't be the same, but I'm sure the family reunion you're at tops ours. To Aunt Nanc, Tracey, Dan & Coll I'm so sorry for this void, but your memories, his love and pride in all of you will hopefully lessen your sadness. All My Love, Ren Bean

DeDe was a great guy. I remember the pride he had in his family. the Chicago Fire Department and his fellow firefighters. We shared many a laugh and many good times together! Prayers are being said for DeDe and his family
