Knew him as Newman since I was just a little kid. He would always come around and hang out with my mom and dad and he was always such a funny guy to be around. You will surely be missed Newman. Rest in paradise. xo

Dear Uncle Craig,

You were one of the kindest fun-loving uncles I ever had. You were the perfect choice to be my godfather. You always did know how to make me laugh and when things got hard in your life, you still thought of me and mine. Till we meet again, goodbye Uncle Craig.

My condolences to Ma Cannon, Tom, Cindy, and the entire Cannon family. Craig has been one of my best friends since high school. I will truly miss his laugh, his zest for fun, his wit and sarcasim. We have bowled, golfed, and vacationed together, which are some of the best times of my life. The stories that we can tell about Craig are too many, but will be cherished by all. R.I.P my friend.

My deepest sympathy in your loss of a truly great person. I have known Craig for nearly 26 years. He was a character to say the least. We traveled many times to together from the Dells for 6 years straight, to Cancun and Jamaica a few times. We had a lot of good times and we laughed often. Craig was the "King" at giving people nicknames but he also was a very generous person. He will truly be missed by many. I am sure he is up in Heaven with his Dad and Wife Deb while sharing a drink with Ernie "Mr. Cub" Banks and Harry Carey. I still cant believe he is gone but his memories and full of life personality will never be forgotten.
