Nowak, Chester S. beloved husband of Helen, loving father of Linda (Curtis) Flint and Chester (Philana) Nowak, cherished grandfather of Philip and Emilee, dear brother of John (Helen) Nowak, Jeanette Niles, Carol (the late Rocky) Dantona and the late Joseph (Gloria) and Edward (Rosemarie) Nowak, fond brother-in-law of many, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m., from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, to St. Edna Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m. 847-359-8020.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
