Carole A. Vitucci, nee Kosik; Carole was a lifelong Chicagoan and a die-hard Cub fan. Beloved wife of the late Joe; Devoted mother of Lisa (Dale) Lev, Nancy, Rosellen (Tim) and the late Frank Vitucci; Dear sister of Jack (Lin) Kosik and the late Loretta Pazelli; Adored G of Dr. Rachel and Michael; Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews including Pamela and Michaeline, who preceded her in death; Proud mom of Candi; grandmother to Wendall Barry, Maddux, Mia and Luna; great grandmother to Ziva and Millie her beloved pets;

Funeral Monday, April 14, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle. Chapel Service begins at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation Sunday at the Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
