Al loved his beloved wife, Berte, so much and to have watched her smile light up a room and to see him beam at her are among my greatest memories. I loved Al as my own uncle. I miss them so much but I am so glad they are back together and I know they are lighting up the room still yet!

I met Al when I became the General Manager of the Sleep Inn in Mesa, AZ in 2003. We developed a great working relationship and eventually became friends. I offer my condolences and have been asked to express the condolences of everyone at CHA.
Al, you will be missed.

Words will never be able to completely describe the relationship that I shared with my Uncle Al and my Aunt Berte. I was so lucky to have them in my life and to be able to share the great times along with the hard ones.
I have to believe that you are together and free of all of your ailments. I will miss you.
