Loving husband of 50 years to the late Lorraine (nee Bendinelli); beloved father of Donna (the late Greg Ostrowski) the late Denise (Nick) Purgatorio and David (Laura); cherished grandfather of Steven (Jennifer ) Purgatorio, Dayna (Bruno) Massel, Rachel and Lindsey; great-grandfather of Kaylee, Courtney and McKenzie Purgatorio and Bruno and Anthony Massel; dear brother of the late James (Marie), and the late Lee; fond uncle of the late Laurie Sykora; devoted brother-in-law of the late Lana and the late John Sykora. Visitation Thursday, January 17th 3:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Friday prayers 8:45 am at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home 2447 S. Des Plaines Ave. North Riverside to Mater Christi Church, 2431 S. 10th Avenue, North Riverside mass 9:30 am. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Info 708.447.2500

What an Honor, privilege, and Blessing to have known Mr. Santora, my Buddy. Most of all I remember his smile, Blue eyes, and his witty but direct phrases. Mr. Santora, will be missed, but never forgotten . He will always be in my heart. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories.May the Peace, and strength of God keep you. Love Always...
