WISCONSIN DELLS - William "Bill" Michael, age 71, of Wisconsin Dells, WI, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024.

Per Bill's wishes no formal services are to be held.

Bill was born on November 14, 1952, in Ohio. The son of Owen and Margaret (Dalton) Michael.

He married the love of his life Donna Burris on March 18, 1972.

Bill started working in construction when he was 16 years old and was lucky enough to work with family and friends. Mainly working on rivers and dams, so he was called a "Damn Fixer".

Bill loved to hunt and when he got too sick to hunt, Ciarra and Merecedes kept him very busy. He could usually be found mowing the lawn with a granddaughter on his knee.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Donna; and beloved daughter, Karen Michael; also survived by his prized two granddaughters: Ciarra and Mercedes Michael; and his brightest love, great-granddaughter, Evangeline Theys; sisters: June Gruber and Donna Lynn Kameneck; many nieces, nephews; other relatives, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Dorothy and Sheila.

The family would like to give a special thank you to our much-loved nephew, Eric for all his help and a thank you to all the nurses in the ICU.
