Raymond Creekmore Obituary

Raymond L. Creekmore

Raymond L. Creekmore, 92, of Toledo, OH, passed away on September 12, 2023. He was born on May 27, 1931, in Jellico, Tennessee. On December 24, 1952, he married Patricia Ann Fleming before serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for the Chessie System/CSX Transportation railroad (Walbridge, OH) in the computer room for over 35 years.

Raymond enjoyed playing cards, horse racing, and watching football and other sports. He loved the Tennessee Volunteers and had a soft spot in his heart for his home state of Tennessee. He also loved sitting in the sun and walking along the beach in Florida.

Raymond "Bubba" took pride in caring for his family, and he had a genuine laugh that he often shared with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Kimberly Edgar (Michael); grandchildren, Tiffany Edgar (Brian DeJonghe), Courtney Edgar, Haleigh Edgar (Brett Flynn); and great-grandchildren.

Thank you to everyone that helped us on Raymond's journey including Aspen Grove Assisted Living (Adrian, MI), Elara Caring Hospice and others (Adrian, MI), and American Cremation Events (Toledo, OH).
