Mrs. Lottie Ruth Williams, daughter of the late Epsie and Jessie Martin was born on January 13, 1931 in Fowlstown, Georgia. She departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at HCA Florida Capital Hospital.
She graduated from public schools in Fowlstown, Georgia. She was converted at an early age. She worked at Jewelry Distribution Company until retirement.
She leaves to cherish her memories, God son: Adrian Tyson (Keisha) of Glen Burnie, Maryland; One sister: Frankie Sweet of Quincy, Florida, one daughter-in-law: Earnestine Williams of Quincy, Florida, one sister-in-law: Aletha Johnson of Quincy, Florida; two God children: Adrian Tyson, Jr. and Aniyah Tyson both of Glen Burnie, Maryland; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Lottie is preceded in death by her husband: Elijah Williams; son: Donald Williams; father: Jessie Martin; mother: Epsie Martin; brothers: Howard Smith, Sr., Melvin Martin, and Spellman Martin; and sister: Betty Jean Parker.
