Joan B. Scott, 100 of Gering, NE passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at Heritage Estates.
Her memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 10:30 am at Gering Memorial Chapel with Don Brush officiating. At her request, cremation was taken place. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.geringchapel.com.
Joan was born on September 20, 1923. Her parents were Walter and Vera Rodman of Kimball, Nebraska. She grew up in Kimball and married Richard J Scott from Banner County in 1951. Together they owned and operated the Circle Arrow Ranch in Kimball.
Survivors include her sister-in-law Ruth Pile of Gering and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband Richard Scott and daughter Sandra Houlihan.
