DECEMBER 31, 1948–NOVEMBER 13, 2023
Santa Fe - Douglas Rankin, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away at his home in Santa Fe, NM, with great courage and love on November 13, 2023. He was surrounded and held by his spouse of 52 years, his children and grandchildren, who took comfort in knowing that he was at peace and ready to move on to whatever miracle awaits.
He is survived by his spouse, Lonnie, his three children, Adam, Elizabeth and Abi, and five grandchildren. An artist and a builder, he could create or fix anything. He will be forever loved and missed by all of us.

Doug marched to the drumbeat he heard, leading him on the path he believed best served his family, friends and others, with courage, conviction, imagination, great humor and love. He invested his God-given talents in his family and friends, yielding enduring blessings. The family he and Lonnie raised, children and their children, are testimony to the wisdom and love of that ever-unfolding investment. He has surely earned the Father´s praise, "Well done thou good and faithful servant."
