Fusco,
You were on my first ia, you were there the first time I flew on ia as well. Fire 186 2021 was a dream come true for me as a rookie fire fighter. So many of my supervisors/teachers gave up on me because I was hard to teach. You never did. An as a team, your kindness and fairness made it easier for me to succeed. I am a better man and fire fighter today because of you. I still have a long way to go. A very hard way to go. But I will carry you with me. I thank you for being a great teacher and leader to me. See you around boss.

I just found out, I always adored Teo. From running around and playing as kids in the old Doghouse Pizza place, all through Weller, and lathrop he was a soul that always shined. I was always so envious of his girlfriends because he had such a big heart and loved with all of it. Encourages me to reach out to people I love when they cross my mind. I have thought about Tao so much... wanting to tell him how much I admired his soul. Until we meet again, my old friend... Velesta and Pauline, please reach out to me when you are ready to organize a get together this summer, I would like to help out anyway I can. Thank you.

I enjoyed Spring Fire classes and interacting with Fusco on Fire Assignments in Alaska. I admired his positive presence regardless the situation.

I had the pleasure of working adjacent to Teo for a few seasons, as well as directly with him on several occassions. He was exceptionally bright and had an amazing sense of humor. It seemed like he could troubleshoot any mechanical issue, use creativity to come up with solutions to problems and help you with whatever you needed, all while making you laugh uncontrollably the whole time. I looked up to him and learned a lot from him. I´ll miss knowing you´re out there, Fusco.

I only overlapped with Teo for a few seasons at forestry, but I really admired his kindness and patience teaching new firefighters. He had a great sense of humor and was a joy to be around.

I was Teo's sixth grade teacher and loved his kindness and creativity. I was just thinking about him the other day and hoped he was doing well. This breaks my heart that the world lost such a bright and shining person.

I remember when Teo first came to work at Fairbanks Area Forestry. Over the years alot of techs have come and gone, but Fusco was one of the best.

The loss of Teo leaves a huge hole. He was surely missed when he left Forestry to work elsewhere, but we all knew that he was a proud, proud papa. A gentle soul, a good friend. RIP Teo. Heartfelt condolences to Teo's son and his family.

Teo and I came up together in our fire careers at Fairbanks Forestry. He was a good friend and I always thought of him as my big brother. I am grateful for all he taught me, his leadership and for the fun times we had fighting fires. He took care of his people. He is greatly missed and fondly remembered. Love you Fusco, and all you guys at FAF.

Teo.... You´re the man. A lot of memories with you. I´ll always remember how happy you were to know you were having a baby boy. This sucks. I hate how it´s never good news when someone calls you from an old job. Rest in peace friend.
