On August 17, 2024, Karin Elizabeth Elser (nee Waterkotte), beloved wife of 58 years to Gary Michael Elser; devoted mother of Troy Elser and his wife Kimberly and Trisha Elser Carter and her husband Kenny; loving grandmother of Kylie, Landen, and Keegan; dear sister of Mark Waterkotte, Ann Waterkotte Barnett, and the late Kent Waterkotte.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Tuesday, August 20th, from 4 to 7 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes, Maryland 21082, on Wednesday, August 21st, at 10 AM. Interment private.
