The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Oakman Church of God, memorial services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Kenneth Wiggins will officiate.
Mrs. Blackwell was preceded in death by her Husband-Theron Blackwell; Parents-James and Pernie Perkins; Son-Travis Blackwell; Grandchildren-Randy and Mandy Fondren; Sister-Kay Taylor.
She is survived by her Daughters-Lisa Fondren (Mike) and Ann Blackwell; Sons-Danny Blackwell (Pattie) and Dennis Blackwell (Carolyn); Brother-John Perkins and Roland Perkins; 6 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.
