Sherri Wurtz Obituary

Sherri Renee Wurtz age 60, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025 at her home in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She was born February 24, 1964 in Fresno, California to Jerry Wurtz and Jo Ann (Duren) Smith.
She graduated from Wewoka Highschool. She loved plants, her dogs, and especially her daughter. She was very kind, loving, and a god fearing women.
She is preceded in death by her sibling, Richard Wurtz; step father, Chester Smith; step grandchild, Landan Bryant.
Sherri is survived by parents, Jerry Wurtz of Wewoka, OK, Jo Ann Smith of Wewoka, OK; daughter Chelsie Bryant and spouse Michael Dustin Vawter of Wewoka, OK; step grandchild, Kyson Bryant Oilton; siblings, Debbie Brumley and husband Charles of Wewoka, OK, Gary Wurtz of Wewoka, OK, Matt Smith and wife Shannon of Wewoka, OK; boyfriend Sunny Demill of Wewoka, OK along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 24, 2025 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, OK.
