Norman is survived by stepdaughter, Tracy Collar, stepson, Brad (Melissa) Collar, step grandchildren, Kyle and Courtney Collar. Also surviving are many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his loving Wife, JoAnne Collar.

Per Norman's wishes cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled.
