Karen Allen Obituary
Karen Dawn McMahan Allen, 52, of Marion, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024, at her residence.
Karen was born in McDowell County, NC on August 16, 1971, to the late Donald McMahan and Patricia Godfrey. She enjoyed fishing and riding through the country. Most of all, Karen enjoyed spending time with her great niece. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her siblings, Rita McKinney, Carolyn McMahan, and Donna McMahan; and nephews, John Bates and Don Elliott.
She is survived by her ex-husband, Tim Martin; a sister, Jennifer McMahan; three brothers, Shane Wilson, Eric Hefferman, and Jimmy Hefferman; nieces & nephews, Misty Hall, Angela Gilliand, Summer Crouch, Joshua Crouch, Cody Ivers, Todd Ollis, and Heather Ollis; and a great niece, Khloe Gilliand.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
